Fokelina de Boer

Fokelina De Boer has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an HRM medewerker at Altuglas International from February 1995 to January 2007, followed by a role as an administrative assistant at Henny van Duuren Leeuwarden B.V. from May 2006 to July 2007. Fokelina has been with Omrop Fryslân since July 2007, initially serving as a P&O adviseur and advancing to the role of Hoofd P&O, effective May 2020. In addition to these roles, Fokelina has operated an independent coaching and consulting business, Fo-CA Coaching & Advies, since September 2009, providing strategic and operational HR support. Fokelina has also worked as an interim P&O adviseur at Van der Weerd Installatietechniek from September 2019 to August 2020 and is affiliated with Dutch Media Movers as a loopbaanadviseur since 2013.
