Mike Bultsma

Mike Bultsma currently serves as COO at both OMTAC Defense Solutions and GuardStack Technologies since March and September 2023, respectively. In addition to these roles, Mike has been with Vinco, Inc. since May 1999, holding positions as Director of Wireless Operations and Project Manager. Prior to Vinco, Mike worked as a Civil Engineer at Black & Veatch from January 1989 to May 1999. Mike Bultsma holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
