Kristine Nore is an experienced professional in the fields of research and innovation, with a focus on sustainability in the construction industry. Currently serving as a board member at Innovasjon Norge and a Førsteamanuensis at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU), Kristine is also the founder of omTre, an initiative aimed at promoting genuine sustainability in the building sector. With a background that includes roles as Research and Innovation Manager at Krødsherad kommune and Viken Skog SA, as well as project leadership at Moelven Massivtre AS, Kristine has extensive experience in the research domain, having worked at Norsk Treteknisk Institutt and SINTEF Byggforsk. Kristine holds a PhD in Building Physics and a Master's degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
