Elma Luta

Elma Luta is a quality assurance professional with expertise in testing and customer support. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Tester at Omure and a Quality Assurance Specialist at RN Pad since July 2023, Elma is adept at managing the quality process and addressing reported bugs effectively. Previous roles include Quality Assurance positions at IT Consulting “Rubik SH.P.K” and Diageo, where responsibilities encompassed client support and process improvement. Elma also has a solid foundation in psychology, with experience as a Psychology Teacher and various internships in clinical settings, including the Kosovo Forensic Psychiatric Institution and the University Clinical Center of Kosovo. Elma holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Prishtina.
