Ciobanu Roxana

Ciobanu Roxana is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in refinery and nuclear projects. Currently employed at OMV Petrom since April 2017, Roxana has held multiple roles, including Project Manager for the Refinery Investment Project and Senior Project Engineer for high-profile refinery projects. In addition to current responsibilities, Roxana has managed projects such as a Bioethanol plant and Air preheaters during engineering and execution phases while also serving as Project Manager Engineering at Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant. Earlier professional experience includes senior engineering roles at UOP - United Oil Products and monitoring construction at Nuclearmontaj SA. Roxana holds a master’s degree in Renewable Energy and an engineering degree in Power Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
