David Zeilinger

David Zeilinger is an experienced leader in strategic program management and operations within the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs and Projects at OMV Petrom since July 2023, David is focused on developing and implementing green transformation investments. Prior to this role, David held multiple senior positions at RHI Magnesita, including Vice President of Refractory Services for Europe, CIS, and Turkey, and Director of Spot Installations for the same regions, overseeing a global operation of approximately 3,000 employees. David's earlier experience at OMV involved leadership roles in project management and investment portfolio oversight, significantly contributing to reshaping project organizations to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. David holds a Master of Arts in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management and Information Technology.
