Diana Viciu

Diana Viciu has over 27 years of experience in the field of information technology, specializing in IT security design and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Senior Expert Coordinator for ITIS Security Design at Petrom since May 2006, Diana leads a team focused on security design for various networks including LAN, WAN, and Data Centers, while also evaluating technical and commercial solutions. Previously, Diana held positions as Team Leader for Network Security and NOC & Security, where responsibilities included security design and team leadership within the OMV group and Arpechim Pitesti SA. Diana's foundational career began as an Information Technology Programmer and Automation Control Engineer. Diana earned an engineering degree in Automation and Computers from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complemented by training at CNICB.
