Ioana-Teodora Tirca

Ioana-Teodora Tirca is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in energy law and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a Legal Business Partner for Gas and Power at OMV Petrom since April 2014, Tirca is responsible for overseeing gas and power activities within the Energy Law Legal Department. Previously, Tirca held positions as a Senior Legal and Regulatory Advisor, Legal Trainee at the European Commission, and as a lawyer at Kinstellar, specializing in competition and energy law. Educational qualifications include multiple Master's degrees from Aix-Marseille University and Babes-Bolyai University, as well as diplomas in European and transnational law.
