Ioana Vlad

Ioana Vlad has extensive experience in contract management and project engineering, currently holding the position of Expert Contract Management at OMV Petrom since July 2014. Key responsibilities include managing and negotiating claims, reviewing individual claims, identifying issues, and overseeing performance to ensure compliance with company standards. Additionally, Ioana has significant expertise in contract administration for major projects, including implementing contracting strategies, evaluating contractors, and negotiating contracts. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Politehnica University of Bucharest and Customer Service Officer at ING Romania. Ioana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Composite Materials from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and has completed a Master's degree in Quality and a Bachelor's degree in Economical Engineering from the same institution.
