Stefan Minoiu

Stefan Minoiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and project control, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Transformation Office at OMV Petrom since December 2004. Stefan has held various prominent roles, including Head of Economics Portfolio and Upstream Planning, and has been responsible for CAPEX planning, budgeting, and the alignment of E&P strategies with executive leadership. Additionally, Stefan has expertise in corporate operative controlling, risk analysis, and process implementation, demonstrated through significant achievements such as the successful implementation of SAP Workflow in the E&P divisions. Prior experience includes senior financial controller roles at OMV and MERCURY 360, and foundational positions in accounting and editing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences.
