Asma Aouini currently serves as the People and Culture Department Manager at OMV, leading a team to attain departmental and business objectives since July 2023. Previously, Asma worked as the Regional HR Business Partner at Abbott, where responsibilities included developing HR processes across French Africa while aligning with corporate policies and local laws from September 2016 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Manager at Siemens, where Asma developed HR policies and managed recruitment, and roles at Ericsson, starting as an HR Administrator and progressing to EP Coordinator, focusing on staff administration and recruitment. Asma holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISG Tunis and additional qualifications as an ICF certified coach and Master transformational NLP coach.
