Katja Tautscher

Katja Tautscher is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at OMV AG, with additional roles as a Member of the Supervisory Board at OMV Petrom and an Independent Director at Inspired Entertainment, Inc. Tautscher has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, having served as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Borealis from December 2008 until June 2022, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs and compliance programs. Tautscher also held positions as General Counsel and Chairwoman of the Board for Borealis Insurance A/S and contributed to various committees within the Borealis group and Borouge. Educational qualifications include a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, an LL.M. from The London School of Economics, and a law degree from the University of Vienna, among others.
