Liviu Ionescu

Liviu Ionescu is a Service-Now Developer/Application Manager at OMV since December 2016, where expertise includes acting as a ServiceNow consultant and technical lead on various projects, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications. Responsibilities encompass implementing ITIL processes, developing interfaces, and automating catalog tasks, achieving over 95% SLA. Liviu has successfully completed four major upgrades and fosters stakeholder relationships while training new colleagues. Prior to OMV, Liviu held several roles at Ericsson from January 2014 to December 2016, including 3rd Level Engineer support for Remedy applications and 2nd Level Application Operation ITSM. Earlier experience includes data support and operator at S.C. Corsar Online SRL. Liviu's education was obtained from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București, with numerous trainings in ServiceNow and ITSM fundamentals.
