Melitta Wadsack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digitalization, innovation, and talent management within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at OMV since September 2005, Melitta has held several leadership roles including Head of Strategic Advisory & Performance, Head of IT Strategy & Architecture, and Head of Business Support. Prior to this, Melitta worked as Department Manager of Integrated Logistics at OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH and held managerial positions at Alpega TMS and Atos IT Solutions and Services Austria. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and executive education from Hult Ashridge.
