Srdjan Drljaca

Srdjan Drljaca, Dipl-ing, MBA, currently serves as Senior Expert in Portfolio and Performance Management at OMV, where responsibilities include optimizing the portfolio of digital solutions, developing Power BI reports, and supporting financial governance in the Digital Transformation department. Prior experience includes roles as Expert in Portfolio and Performance Management at SPL Tele Group GmbH, where digital transformation and reporting processes were implemented, and PMO Manager at IRIS Telecommunication GmbH, focusing on project governance and resource planning. Previous positions also feature significant contributions at plusPMO as a consultant, and Telekom Srpske, where Srdjan played a crucial role in transforming the organization and establishing PMO methodologies. Srdjan holds an MBA from WU Executive Academy and a Master of Science in electronics and telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
