Yilmaz Seren has extensive experience in finance and controlling within the oil and gas sector, particularly with OMV since August 2014. Currently serving as Head of Valuation & Finance Transformation for Fuels & Feedstock, Yilmaz has held key positions including Department Manager for BU Controlling Borealis & Chemicals Portfolio and Business Process Manager for SAP S4/HANA Downstream Controlling, focusing on the design and implementation of controlling processes. Prior roles include management of Retail & Company Controlling and performance management for the Retail Segment in Austria and Germany. Earlier professional experience includes a team lead position in customer service at Webhelp Austria GmbH and a project assistant role in geophysics at ZAMG.
