Todd Brinkman has been in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. Todd began their career as a hotel sommelier and then became a restaurant manager. In 2009, they became the Director of Restaurants for JW Starr Pass Resort & Spa. Todd then moved to Antica Napa in 2013 where they were an intern in the cellar. In 2015, they returned to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Lead Sommelier. Todd was promoted to Beverage Director in 2018 and then left The Ritz-Carlton to become Sales & Hospitality Manager at OMvino in 2020.

Todd Brinkman received an MBA from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Todd also has a BA in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.

Todd Brinkman works with Tara Herrick - Chief Marketing Officer, CMS Certified Sommelier, Woody Van Horn - COO, CMS Certified Sommelier, and Morgan Harris - Director of Branding & Marketing, Master Sommelier. Their manager is Matt Montrose, CEO, CMS Advanced Sommelier.
