Doru Pislaru is the Head of Finance & Controlling Romania at Omya, a position held since 2009. Prior to this role, Doru served as a Sr. Financial Controller at Tarmac and held finance managerial positions at Mondi Packaging and Baumeister. Additionally, Doru gained experience as a Financial Analyst at Honeywell and as an Accountant at A&D Pharma. Doru earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1992 to 1997.
