Helen Shepherd

Helen Shepherd is the Head of HR at Omya UK Ltd., where they deliver strategic and operational HR leadership across seven sites in the UK and Ireland. With over 20 years of experience, Helen collaborates with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. Previously, Helen served as HR Manager at AGC Aerospace/Paul Fabrications and HR Officer at Amcor Flexibles UK, demonstrating a strong track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development. Currently, Helen is also pursuing a degree in Neuroscience & Mental Health at King’s College London.
