Joerg Pirker-Panser

Joerg Pirker-Panser, MBA, has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Data Center Services at Omya since June 2002. Over the years, Joerg has held various titles within the company, including Manager of Data Center Services and IT Manager for multiple regions, overseeing operations across Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Israel. With expertise in infrastructure service management, software asset management, and network administration across 40 countries, Joerg has played a pivotal role in implementing IT projects and managing remote access solutions. Joerg holds a Master of Business Administration from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, alongside several certifications including ITIL v3 Expert Level and PRINCE2 Practitioner. Prior experience includes a technician role at Epitel, where Joerg implemented mobile gateways and WLAN connections.
