Mathieu Lagrave

Mathieu Lagrave is currently the Head of Sales Paper & Board for West Europe at Omya, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Mathieu served as Sales Director for West Europe at Solenis from 2015 to 2019, where they led a sales team, developed strategic plans, and managed a P&L of €40 million. Earlier in their career, Mathieu held various sales management roles at Evonik Degussa, Ashland, Inc., and Solenis, contributing to significant revenue growth and market repositioning. Mathieu's educational background includes studies in Global Account Management at Rotterdam School of Management and a Master in Paper Technology from Helsinki University.
