Rick Bal

Rick Bal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rick began their career as an intern at Pivot bv in January 2011 and transitioned to become a Live Graphic Operator in May 2013. Rick remained with Pivot bv until March 2020. Following their time at Pivot bv, Rick established their own company, Bal Solutions, where they served as the owner from April 2020 to December 2020. Currently, they are working at On Air as a Media Solutions Manager, where they are responsible for product management of their OTT Live Streaming platform. Their duties include overseeing the roadmap, vendor evaluation, client technology, application stores, CDN, SMS, CMS, secure platform payment gateways, documentation, and requirements.
