Andrew Allison

Andrew Allison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in healthcare and finance. Andrew is currently serving as the Co-founder & CEO of On Belay Health Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Aetna where they held multiple roles, including Head of Next Generation Clinic Enterprise Strategy and Executive Director of Value-Based Solutions. In these roles, they focused on driving membership growth, expanding access to care, and enhancing members' quality of life. Before Aetna, Andrew worked at Iora Health where they were responsible for business development, special projects, and market expansion for Medicare Advantage. Andrew also worked at Oxeon Partners as a Cien Ventures Associate, where they led the development of customer lifetime value models. Additionally, they have experience in business development, physician alignment, and product development at Quartet Health. Andrew started their career at Merrill Lynch, where they held roles in corporate strategy and as an associate in wealth management.

Andrew Allison has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Andrew also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
