Jessica Peña, M.A. has extensive experience in account management and event marketing, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at On Board Experiential since April 2021 and as an Event Marketing Contractor at Stripe since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked as a Business Development Specialist at Conqur Endurance Group and held various positions at The McCourt Foundation and Legends, focusing on partnership marketing and premium seating sales. Jessica's career began with IKEA Group, where experience included managing customer service teams and overseeing project implementations across multiple store locations. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from California State University, Long Beach, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts degree from Pasadena City College.
