Jenny Lu

Jenny Lu is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as Senior Product Design Manager at RoadRunner Recycling since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing internal and external products aimed at enhancing recycling processes. Jenny is also a Design Fellow in On Deck's Design Leadership track, focusing on team building and design strategy. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Customer Research and Experience Design at Giant Eagle, where Jenny led user and market research and scaled the design team, as well as positions at Highmark Health, Elias/Savion Advertising, and PPG. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media and Web Design from The Art Institutes and has a technical background in Web Design and Development from Francis Tuttle Technology Center.
