Martina Beer

Martina Beer currently serves as Group CIO at Bucherer AG since November 2021 and is a Fellow with Execs on Deck since May 2023, focusing on expanding leadership impact. Prior to this, Martina held the position of Head of IT Delivery EMEA at Hilti Deutschland AG from May 2018 to November 2021, overseeing IT service delivery across the EMEA region. Martina's experience includes serving as Regional IT Manager for Central Europe and holding various roles at FIM Research Center and Fraunhofer Project Group, including Head of Department and Project Manager. Martina's educational background includes a Diplom in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and an overseas semester in International Business Administration at Udayana University, Indonesia.
