Heather Manley

Heather Manley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a GM at Cable Imaging, where they managed projects and supervised a large team. In 2005, they became the CEO of On-Demand Group, an IT consulting firm. In 2009, they joined the National Association of Women Business Owners as the Board President of the MN Chapter and became a Steering Committee Member at WBENC. In 2011, they founded Heather's Dirty Goodness, Inc., a company that focuses on producing high-quality seasonings. Heather also served as the CEO of Crooked Water Spirits, a national spirits company, starting in 2013. In 2015, they became the CEO of Launch Pad, Powered by On-Demand Group, which focuses on sourcing and mentoring IT leaders. Heather Manley obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from CVA during the period of 1995 to 2000.
