Nikhil Bathini

Nikhil Bathini has extensive work experience in Human Resources, starting with their role as a Senior Manager at On Device Solutions Ltd. since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager at Genzeon from 2016 to 2022, where they played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, change management, and the divestiture of the business. Nikhil also designed and implemented a performance management system. Before Genzeon, Nikhil worked at ACT FIBERNET as an Executive in Human Resources from 2013 to 2016, where they were involved in various HR functions such as employee orientations, benefits administration, learning and development, and employee engagement. Nikhil also worked as an Executive in Talent Management at EnterPi from 2012 to 2013 and as an HR Executive at Hucon Solutions from 2009 to 2010.

Nikhil Bathini completed a Master's Degree in Clinical Research from Cranfield University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from ICRI (India) from 2009 to 2010. Nikhil also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Osmania University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009.
