Rita Fonder

Rita Fonder is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Designer and Graphic Designer at On Fire Media since November 2022. Previously, Rita worked at Orphan Grain Train, Inc. from September 2019 to April 2023 as the International Shipping Director and Assistant, facilitating the transportation of humanitarian aid globally. Prior experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant at Nebraska Life Magazine, and Graphic Designer at Borchs Sporting Goods Inc., where design collaboration for marketing materials was essential. Rita also developed communications and marketing skills as a Graduate Assistant at Southwest Minnesota State University, where a Master's in Business Administration with Leadership Emphasis was earned alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. Additional roles include photography for the City of Marshall and customer service at the Terry Redlin Art Center.
