86% of the time, nothing happens after they walk out the door. No follow-up. No personalised message. Just silence, and your CAC spent acquiring that walk-in, gone.

On-Ground.ai is the Agentic Marketing OS for brands with stores.

Our AI agents capture every in-store signal: walk-ins, conversations, product trials, abandoned purchases. They autonomously run omnichannel lifecycle campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice AI. With your CMO setting strategy, not buried in execution.

What our agents do:

Advisor AI: Coaches store staff live during customer conversations, surfaces objections in real time, and ensures every advisor is your best advisor.

Avani (Intelligence): Surfaces exactly what's driving or killing conversion across every store, every day. Your offline funnel, finally visible.

Vaani (Campaign): Autonomously builds, tests, and optimises every campaign variant using reinforcement learning, 24/7, without a campaign manager.

Early results from pilots:
Post-visit follow-up rate: from under 5% to 91% in 60 days
Staff engagement with customers: up 7x in under 60 days
340 previously unlogged walk-ins captured. 67 confirmed sales in 45 days.

We serve Premium Retail, Auto, Jewellery, Beauty, BFSI, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Education. Any category where the sale still closes in person.

Founded in Bangalore. Built by AI researchers and retail tech veterans from Amazon, Microsoft, Razorpay, and Pine Labs.

If you're a CMO spending on CAC without X-ray vision on your stores, let's talk.
