Angel Rivera has extensive experience in technical engineering and support roles, currently serving as a GEM Importation Technical Engineer at On Line Design, Inc. since August 2016. Prior to this position, Angel worked at Procter & Gamble as a Global GDS Help Desk Analyst and GDS Regional Trainer from March 2013 to July 2016, where involvement included managing software that interacted with Solid Edge and Teamcenter Enterprise. Additional experience includes providing Level 1 support at Pomeroy IT Solutions for Compass Bank, engaging with incident management at Siemens IT Solutions, and owning a mechanical design and service firm. Angel holds two associate degrees in Computer Network Engineering Technology and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, complemented by a diploma in HVACR.
