Billy Chan

Billy Chan is an experienced transportation manager currently working at On Lok since February 2005. Previously, Billy held the position of operations manager at RTY International from September 1989 to September 2004, and worked as an industrial engineer at Master Shirt from June 1987 to August 1989. Billy earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Notre Dame de Namur University between 1989 and 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University from 1983 to 1987.
