Denise Altomare

Denise Altomare is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Snr Project Manager at On Lok since December 2019, Denise has also held significant positions such as CEO/Administrator at Care at Home, Inc. from March 2015 to December 2019, and Region IX Representative for the National Association for Homecare and Hospice from January 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, Denise has contributed to CAHSAH, holding the roles of Chair of the Board of Directors from August 2006 to September 2017 and Past Chair from September 2013 to September 2015. Previous experience includes Regional Director of Operations at Focus Home Health and COO/Director of Operations at Agility Health, as well as management roles at Pathways Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty.
