Doug Mielitz

Doug Mielitz is an experienced mortgage lending professional currently serving as the VP of Mortgage Lending at On Q Home Loans since February 2023. Previously, Doug held the position of Vice President of Mortgage Production at Seattle Bank from May 2012 to December 2022. Additional career highlights include serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Key Bank Mortgage and a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America Home Loans, where Doug was recognized as a top 5% originator in 2010 and earned the Platinum Global Recognition Award.
