Andrew Sun-Acosta

Andrew Sun-Acosta is an experienced professional in recruitment and diversity, equity, and inclusion within the education and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Search Associate and Search Analyst at On-Ramps, an executive search firm based in New York City, Andrew manages full-cycle recruitment, ensuring clients have strong and diverse candidate slates. Previous experience includes various roles at Teach For America, where Andrew was a recruitment manager, DEI council member, and DEI facilitator, focusing on performance management and BIPOC staff hiring. Andrew also has a background in teaching, having worked with the NYC Department of Education and as a corps member with Teach For America. Andrew holds a Master of Education in Students with Disabilities from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
