Marius-Radu G. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the engineering field. Marius-Radu started their career at eASIC, where they worked as a Verification Engineer, focusing on testing and verification of designs' functionality. Marius-Radu also contributed to the development of department-specific tools in Python. Following this, Marius-Radu joined Aalborg Universitet as a Guest Researcher, where they implemented Modular Multilevel Converters on a System on a Chip platform. Marius-Radu conducted a comparison between a software and hardware approach for the sorting stage of the MMC control methods. Next, they worked at Blue Workforce A/S as an Embedded and Backend Software Engineer, initially developing software for the computer board that controlled the Ragnar robot. Later, they focused on developing a plugin for a simulation program that controlled multiple robots in a real system. Finally, Marius-Radu joined OnRobot A/S as a Software Engineer, where they analyzed multiple sub-projects to understand their connections and integrate their relevant parts into the company's project. This process provided him with valuable information that benefited their work.

Marius-Radu G. began their education journey in 2010 at Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov. Marius-Radu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics, successfully completing their studies in 2014. Wanting to further expand their knowledge and skills, Marius-Radu G. then enrolled in a Master's degree program at the same university, specializing in Embedded Systems. Marius-Radu dedicated himself to their studies from 2015 to 2016 until they successfully obtained their Master's degree.

In 2016, Marius-Radu G. had the opportunity to broaden their horizons by participating in an exchange program at Aalborg University. During this one-semester stint, they focused on Energy Engineering, gaining valuable insights into this field.
