Emma Ramaiola

Emma Ramaiola currently serves as an Orderbook Senior Specialist at On, overseeing order management for emerging markets in Southern Europe and select global key accounts within the EMEA region. Previously, Emma held various roles at EF Educational Tours, including Team Manager, where responsibilities focused on compliance and operational excellence, and senior roles managing Tour Directors' accounts payable. Emma's earlier experiences include operations support at Go Ahead Tours and proofreading for Diwa srl, along with assistant roles in academic and customer relations settings.
