Alex Johnson

Alex Johnson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at onsemi since August 2022, Alex leads the HR strategy for a business unit responsible for 60% of the company's revenue, enabling market expansion into Silicon Carbide while enhancing profitability and gross margins. Prior to onsemi, Alex held various HR leadership roles at Cisco from June 2008 to July 2022, including Director of Human Resources Business Partner and Country HR Leader in Canada. Alex's work at Cisco focused on transforming organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and modernizing performance management processes. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Intern at Ford Motor Company and General Manager at Project Exploration. Alex holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
