Andrea Gorgerino

Andrea Gorgerino is a seasoned professional in application engineering and technical marketing with extensive experience in the automotive and power electronics industries. Currently serving as Sr Director of Automotive Traction Solutions Application Engineering at onsemi, Andrea focuses on accelerating the transition to electric vehicles through innovative module and die sales. Previous roles include Director of Global Field Application Engineering at Efficient Power Conversion, where Andrea developed a world-class technical support organization, and Director IPM Development at Infineon Technologies, overseeing a diverse team in motor drive inverter and embedded software development. Andrea has also held positions at Mercedes, Vishay Siliconix, and International Rectifier, contributing to advancements in hybrid engineering and application support. Andrea holds a Laurea in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
