David Newton

David Newton is a seasoned accounting and audit professional with extensive experience in external and internal audit work, SOX compliance, technical accounting, statutory reporting, and SEC filings. They served as Associate Director of Internal Audit at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2013 to 2018 and later held the position of Director of Accounting - Policies/SOX at GoDaddy from 2018 to 2025.
