Diane Rockett

Diane Rockett, M.S. is an experienced professional in organizational development and employee experience currently serving as the Organization Development Principal at onsemi since November 2018. In this role, Diane partners with stakeholders to implement strategies for culture, employee engagement, and change management across a global workforce of 37,000, while managing a global listening strategy to gauge employee sentiment.
