Dusan Nosko

Dusan Nosko has extensive experience in IT management, particularly in service desk operations. Currently serving as the IT Global Infrastructure Services Senior Service Desk Manager at onsemi since March 2013, Dusan has also held several key roles within the organization, including Service Desk Manager and Enterprise Service Desk Coordinator. Since October 2015, Dusan has contributed as a mentor and coach for the North America DSS team. Prior to onsemi, Dusan was the Global Helpdesk Manager and subsequently the Associate Manager for EMEA DSS/Helpdesk at ON Semiconductor from October 2001 to February 2012. Dusan began a career in IT at the School Educational Centre, where the role as Head of Software Development Department was held from August 1992 to September 2001. Dusan holds a Master of Science in Robot Control from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave and has foundational education in Computer Software Engineering from Grammar School Piestany.
