Javier M. L. is a seasoned legal professional serving as the Sr. Director of IP/Tech Transactions and Patent Attorney at onsemi since July 2013. With expertise in managing global corporate IP transactions, Javier oversees various agreements including NDAs, licensing, and contracts while also providing counsel on litigation, mergers, and acquisitions. Javier M. has successfully developed and implemented IP strategies, significantly enhancing onsemi’s semiconductor patent portfolio. Javier's experience includes managing a large trademark portfolio and leading open-source software policy initiatives across multiple industries. Prior to onsemi, Javier held positions at Intel Corporation, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, and Motorola, complemented by a strong educational background in engineering and law, culminating in a Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law.
