Jayakumaresh Jayabalan

Jayakumaresh Jayabalan is a Senior Process Engineer at onsemi since September 2024, following a role as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Indium Corporation from March 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included qualifying automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines for solder preforms. Prior experience at ON Semiconductor as a Process Engineer from January 2017 to February 2021 involved product scrap reduction, process optimization, and new tool qualification, achieving a significant reduction in chemical usage in wafer etching. An internship at Maxeon Solar Technologies in 2015 focused on performance optimization of photovoltaic effluent treatment systems.
