Liming Wang

Liming Wang is an experienced finance executive currently serving as VP of Finance, Manufacturing Finance at onsemi since March 2022. Prior to this role, Liming held various key positions at Western Digital, including VP of Finance, Manufacturing Finance and Sr. Director of Manufacturing Finance, following the acquisition of SanDisk in 2016. Liming's corporate governance experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for SanDisk Manufacturing Unlimited and SanDisk China Limited, along with participation in the Board Audit Committee. With expertise in leading international finance teams, managing significant manufacturing financial operations, and overseeing corporate forecasts and reporting, Liming has a strong background in both finance and accounting leadership, beginning with previous roles at Maxim Integrated, where Liming contributed to corporate finance and manufacturing finance functions. Liming holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
