Steve James

Steve James is an experienced executive in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at onsemi since January 2023 and a member of the Board of Advisors at VueReal Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations at Infineon Technologies and served as Senior VP of Manufacturing Operations at Tesla's Gigafactory 2. With a background that includes significant roles at Maxim Integrated and Texas Instruments spanning over two decades, Steve has extensive expertise in wafer fabrication, product engineering, and operational management. Steve began their career as a Process Integration and Product Engineer at TRW after earning a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Semiconductor Device Physics and Analog Circuit Design from the University of Virginia.
