Thomas Stahlecker

Thomas Stahlecker is an experienced professional in the field of industrial engineering and operational excellence, currently serving as Director of Planning and Chief of Staff / Operational Excellence Lead at onsemi since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from July 2015 to January 2023, including Sr. Manager / Deputy Director of Industrial Engineering and Manager of Fab 10 Industrial Engineering and Materials Logistics and Integration. Earlier in the career, Thomas spent seven years at IBM, focusing on materials logistics and integration, as well as serving as Technical Lead for Development Operations.
