Jason Bailey has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jason started their career in 1999 as a Floor Director at Shop At Home Network. Later, they joined The Church at Rocky Peak as a Technical Arts Director, where they managed a volunteer technical staff, provided design and production support for church events, and oversaw the operation and maintenance of technical equipment.

In 2001, Jason joined Freeman Company, where they held multiple roles including Lighting Designer, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Project Manager. In these positions, they worked on concept and design services, drafting, project analysis and specification, timeline and staffing management. Jason also had direct client interaction, minor account management duties, and responsibility for pre-event consultation, planning, customer relations, and post-event follow-up.

From 2018 to 2019, Jason worked as a Freelance Project Manager while being self-employed. As a freelancer, they carried out project management tasks for various clients.

Currently, Jason is a Project Manager at ON Services - a GES company. Jason joined the company in 2019 and continues to excel in managing projects.

Jason Bailey attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication, with a focus on Electronic Media Production.
