Mike Gangi

Mike Gangi serves as the Regional Director of Venue Services at ON Services, where leadership in audiovisual services across multiple hotel and convention center venues drives revenue through strategic sales engagement and account management. Previous roles include General Manager overseeing a $2M annual revenue portfolio, and Director of Audio Visual Sales at the San Diego Convention Center, managing $7M in annual sales revenue. Additional experience includes senior sales management at Encore Event Technologies and event technology coordination at Renaissance Hotels. Gangi's background also encompasses audio visual sales and production management at American Audio Visual Center and service in the US Navy, where operational leadership was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University.
