Elizabeth Scarborough

Elizabeth Scarborough has been a Taylor Swift Tribute Artist with Legends In Concert since June 2014 and has simultaneously served in the Clerks Office for the State of South Carolina since January 2012. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2015, and attended Ashley Hall from 2005 to 2011.
